About the job:
Being the event organisor for this dinner, we communicated with our client, Lundbeck Malaysia months prior to the event. We understand what they need, their budget for the event and help them in organizing the whole thing. Asides from venue inspection, we also helped in designing the theme, invitation card, event bunting, stage & backdrop, door gift and source for Audio Visual(AV) and Sound & Light supplier and photographer.
Venue: 3rd Floor Restaurant, JW Mariott Kuala Lumpur.
