About the job:
Being chosen as the event organisor for this dinner, we communicated with our client, committees from OCBC Business Banking Division 2 months prior to the event. We managed to make the dinner a happening one yet stick to their budget.Asides from venue inspection, we also helped in designing the event logo, organised performance and emcee, liased with the hotel authority, managed the AV/PA system by sourcing good Sound & Light supplier.

We understand what they need, their budget for the event and help them in organizing the whole thing. Asides from venue inspection, we also helped in designing the theme, invitation card, event bunting, stage & backdrop, door gift and source for Audio Visual(AV) and Sound & Light supplier and photographer.
